Maple M Mesos is trivial to get a new ip address, takes mere minutes, but getting a new phone number is a lot more work, and also capital intensive. This places a massive barrier which only gets more effective over the years (as more and more phone numbers are blocked) against bot accounts. Ok, I know I have written about Hayato several times already in the past, however I really, really believe he's rather underpowered. His 1v1 skill, Shinsoku, seems rather underwhelming, even with Hypers considered and even a decent piece of funds. This endangers him worst, frees him greatly at least for most major directors (Empress, Hard Magnus, to mention two ).

Besides that, I think that Hayato, for it is current underpowered standing, is rather tough to buff with out becoming overpowered. It's already kind of a bully class early to mid game (Lv. 30-130) in terms KSing potential for his or her mobbing abilities, and his blisteringly fast attacks.
